How to activate a license
Install the product, open its license screen, paste the license key, and submit the domain or server binding requested by that product. A successful activation returns a local activation token for future verification.
- Use the buyer email if the product asks for it.
- Keep the activation token stored inside the installed product.
- Use the customer portal if you need to review status later.
How to request rebind
Use the License Portal when moving a licensed product to a new domain or server. Rebind requests follow the configured review rules, including self-service limits, cooldown time, and email matching.
- Open the License Portal from the private email link.
- Choose the current installation.
- Submit the new domain or server fingerprint for review.
How renewals work
A renewal order extends the same license key. The installed product does not need to be activated again after payment is confirmed.
- Renewals are available from the License Portal.
- Only plans for the same product are shown.
- Upgrades can be offered without allowing downgrades.
How product updates work
Connected products can check release information through the license API. Update download permission depends on the license, product plan, and update support period.
- Old versions can continue to run if allowed by the product policy.
- Update packages should be signed before release.
