Terms

Rules for using purchased software licenses.

These terms describe the default rules for license purchases, activation, support, updates, and customer access. A written contract, invoice, or product-specific agreement takes priority if it says something different.Last updated June 23, 2026

License use

A license key gives the customer the right to activate the purchased product according to the selected plan.

  • A license cannot be shared, resold, published, or used for unrelated products.
  • Activation limits, expiry time, update access, and feature access are controlled by the plan.
  • If a license is issued for a specific product, it cannot be used to activate another product.

Activation and binding

The product may bind the license to domain, server fingerprint, installation ID, or other technical identifiers.

  • Changing the production domain or server may require a rebind request.
  • Repeated unusual activations can place a license under review.
  • Attempts to bypass verification, modify client code, or fake callbacks can lead to suspension.

Payments, delivery, and renewals

License delivery depends on the payment method and confirmation state.

  • Automatic gateways can deliver keys after successful payment callback verification.
  • Manual payment methods require operator confirmation before delivery.
  • Renewals extend the license according to the selected renewal plan.

Support and updates

Support and update access are provided according to product policy, plan, and purchase channel.

  • Support covers installation, activation, binding, update access, and product usage questions within scope.
  • Custom development, server operations, and third-party conflicts may require a separate service agreement.
  • Updates may be restricted when a license expires, support expires, or the license is suspended.
