When will I receive the license key?

Automatic payment methods can deliver the key after payment confirmation. Manual payment methods require operator confirmation first.

Can I use one license on multiple sites?

Only if the selected plan allows multiple activations. The activation limit is controlled by the product plan.

What if I entered the wrong email?

Open a support ticket with the order details. Support may ask for payment verification before changing delivery records.

Can I move my license to another domain?

Usually yes through a rebind request, depending on the product policy and previous binding history.

Do you store my card number?

No. Card details are handled by the payment provider. The license center stores order and payment status records.

Why does my product show expired?

The license or support period may have ended, or the product may be using an old cached state. Open the license portal or support ticket for review.

How do updates work?

The product checks the release endpoint and downloads authorized update packages when the license and update policy allow it.

Can I get a refund after activation?

Refunds after activation are usually limited because the digital product has already been used. Review the Refund Policy for details.
