Purchase flow
The checkout page lists public plans that the operator has enabled for sale.
- Choose the product and plan that matches the number of sites, duration, update policy, and feature set you need.
- Enter the email address that should receive the order and license messages.
- Choose an available payment method. Some gateways redirect to a provider page.
- After payment confirmation, the license key is shown on the order page and sent by email.
Activation flow
Open the product installer or license page and paste the license key.
- The product sends the key, product identifier, domain, and installation details to the license API.
- If the key is valid, the product receives activation status, expiry date, feature flags, update policy, and endpoint information.
- Keep the order email. It can be used to request a private license portal link later.
After purchase
Use the license portal or support ticket page when you need to review status or ask for help.
- The license portal can show product, plan, expiry, binding, update, renewal, and support records.
- Rebind requests may be reviewed when you move a production site.
- Renewal links can be used when the operator has enabled self-service renewal.
